Johor Bharu Downhill Race (MDHA Super Series #1)

This race is part of the 5 races that is proposed to be held throughout Malaysia for the very first time. A joint effort from all parties involved in the MTB scene (especially the Downhill Fraternity) know as MDHA.

Afternoon Sprint
|
|
Ad hoc plan. Started at 6 pm, completed 16 km by 7 pm. Six of us went into various villages around this area, including penetrating into a "kongsi". Felt great to be able to see the many activities people are doing during the afternoon.

River Trail

With 10 on board we headed again to the River Trail. We managed to complete 15 km of the trail due to some mechanical problems. Overall, the ride was great.

River Mud
|
|
The weather was perfect after the rain. Ten of us went along the River Trail, now via the muddy path that can easily swallow our shoes. The ride was quick, so we've decided to detour a longer path. A total of 25 km recorded. Two of the participant decided to retire early though.

River Night
|
|
A total of 13 riders joined tonight's ride vie the River Trail. Yes, the challenging River Trail at night. It was very dark indeed, muddy and scary. We've survived the 25 km sprint.

Night Speed
|
|
13 riders turned up tonight including a young lady. We headed for PCB sprinting fast catching the time lost waiting for fellow riders. The ride was nevertheless fun and fast. Let's doing it again, and again... and again guys!
